When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, project brief, and the service or website package you select. You may also provide a phone number, company name, website address, country, and province, state, territory, or region. Mailing-list signups collect the information you choose to submit for that purpose.

Our website and service providers also process technical and usage information, such as page requests, pages viewed, referring websites, browser and device information, approximate location, interactions, and performance measurements. The information collected depends on the service and its settings.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects, deliver requested updates, improve the site experience, and protect the site from misuse.

We use the Google tag to connect this website to Google Analytics. These are measurement tools that help us understand website visits, content engagement, and interactions, such as clicks or form activity. Loading a tag from googletagmanager.com does not by itself mean that a separate Google Tag Manager container is installed.

Google Analytics can use first-party cookies, including _ga and related measurement cookies, to distinguish browsers and sessions. It may process cookie identifiers, pages and referring URLs, approximate location, device and browser details, and interaction events. We use the reports to improve our content, services, and website experience.

The contact form sends its contents to our form provider, not as named contact fields in our Google Analytics integration. We do not intentionally send inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, or project briefs to Google Analytics. Please avoid including personal information in website URLs.

Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policies and applicable service terms. Data collection and retention depend on our Analytics settings and Google's service behavior. Browser settings and the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on can help you control this collection.

We use Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website traffic and performance, including page views, referring websites, browser and device categories, and page-loading metrics. Its Web Analytics measurement is designed to operate without analytics cookies.

Cloudflare also processes network-request information, which can include IP addresses and HTTP request details, to deliver the website, identify threats, and maintain reliability. This delivery and security processing is separate from Cloudflare Web Analytics. A cookie-free analytics tool does not mean that no technical information is processed when you visit the site.

We do not sell personal information. We only share it when necessary to operate the website, communicate with you, comply with the law, or protect our rights and the safety of others.

Our providers include Web3Forms for processing contact-form submissions, Google for analytics measurement, and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, and analytics. Form submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms to deliver your inquiry to us. Each provider processes information under its applicable terms and privacy policies.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or another external service, that service also handles information under its own privacy policy. We may share relevant information with email or other service providers when needed to respond to you.

Our service providers may process or store information outside your province, state, or country, including in the United States and other locations where they operate. Privacy laws and government-access rules in those locations may differ from those where you live.

We keep inquiry and other personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, project discussions, record-keeping, and legal or security needs. Analytics retention also depends on provider settings and service policies; cookie expiration and analytics-data retention are not necessarily the same.

The site uses Google Analytics measurement cookies and may use essential technologies for delivery and security. The contact form stores a submission timestamp in your browser's local storage to limit repeated inquiries for 24 hours. That timestamp does not contain your name, email address, phone number, or project brief.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not require analytics cookies, while other Cloudflare delivery or security features may use their own technical technologies. Our Cookie Policy provides additional information about cookies, local storage, and browser controls.

You can choose not to submit an inquiry, leave optional fields blank, and unsubscribe from mailing-list communications. You can manage cookies through browser settings or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from contacting us by email.

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, or raise an objection or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us to make a request. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or other permitted purposes.
